What's included in a place setting?

Each place setting includes everything your guests need for a beautiful meal:

  • 1 Dinner Plate
  • 1 Salad/side Plate
  • 1 Glass
  • 1 Complete Flatware Set (fork, knife, spoon)
  • 1 Napkin
  • 1 Placemat

You can choose the tablecloth size that best fits your needs. Serving pieces and drink pitchers may vary based on guest count.

How long is the rental period?

Rentals are 3 full days from pickup. You pick-up on day 1, host on day 2, and pack-up and drop-off on day 3.

For example: Pick up Friday → Return Sunday

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery services starting from $30. The final amount is determined by the distance from our Fremont pick-up location and will be calculated on check-out.

Delivery logistics:

  • We will contact you to schedule a delivery window before drop-off date
  • We need you to be present to receive items and sign the rental agreement
  • Return pick-up is included. We will contact you to schedule a pick-up window as well.
What is the payment structure?

We use a simple two-payment system:

On booking:
You pay a 25% non-refundable reservation deposit. This secures your collection, your date, and your selected protection level (if any).
On rental start date:
We automatically charge your card on file for the remaining 75% rental balance


Example breakdown:
4-Guest Collection + Complete Protection:

  • Base rental: $72
  • Complete Protection Plan: +$25
  • Delivery: +$30
  • Sales tax: +$12.7
  • Total rental cost: $139.7
    At booking → You pay $34.9 (25%, non-refundable)
    At delivery drop-off → We charge $104.8 (rental balance)
    After return → If no issues are found, you are good to go! If we find any damaged or missing items, we will reach out to you within 48 hours with additional charges.

How clean should I return items?

Give everything a quick rinse to remove food bits - we’re talking 30 seconds under the tap, not a deep scrub session. We handle the deep cleaning and sanitizing.

Important: Please don’t put the dishes in the dishwasher! Some of our collections are not dishwasher-friendly.

What should I do if I'm running late?

Give us a call immediately to avoid any late fees and we will see how we can help! Late fees are outlined in the rental agreement.

What's your cancellation policy?

We charge a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking. The remaining 75% will be charged on the pick-up or delivery date. Failure to cancel before then or no-shows, will be charged the full rental cost.
