Life happens, and we get it! Whether it's a wine glass that slips or a plate that chips, we've designed our damage protection plans to keep your dinner party stress-free.
We want things to feel easy, transparent, and stress-free. Here's what to expect when renting with us:
The rental balance is your collection + protection plan + any tax collection.
On booking day: A 25% deposit holds your items and is non-refundable.
On pick-up/delivery day: The remaining 75% balance + delivery fee (if selected) is charged.
We keep your card securely on file for any post-rental charges (like missing items or late returns).
You may choose one of the following:
Give everything a quick rinse before returning. Think everything you would do before putting it in the dishwasher (no remaining food residue).
You’re covered for damage if you choose a protection plan, but missing items are always charged at full retail replacement value.
If something breaks beyond repair, just snap a photo and send it to us within 24 hours to make sure it's covered by the protection plan (if chosen) and not charged as a missing item.
If you cancel before the pickup/delivery day, there are no additional charges (25% reservation reposit is non-refundable).
If you cancel after pickup/delivery or no-show, the full rental cost is charged.
